Wake up
Take a deep breath,
Let your thoughts flow,
Past this brick wall you call home,
The demons don’t have to succeed.
Nightmare
Running through these darkened spaces,
She feels them breathing right through
The walls, all too thin, and this ruse
Will kiss her lips and the formidable pastels
Glow, orange and black,
Out of control, track
That seems to have gone berserk,
Why does this hurt
So bad?
Silence
Fairy lights, figment of hope,
Please silence the howls in these rugged slopes,
Rise and shine, it’s past the night,
Maybe, dear reader, She’d be alright.
